My SO is set on Jordyn if it is a girl. I need some middle name suggestions. I haven't been able to find anything that flows well.

Last name is two syllables and starts with OB and is very irish sounding.

Are you okay with a boy name on a girl?  Jordan is a boy name.  Throwing a "y" in place of the "a" doesn't make it feminine -- just misspelled.  But your SO may be set on it, as you say.   What about Jordana, which is the actual girl version of Jordan?

I like Jordan/Jordyn/Jordana Elise of the names mentioned in replies above mine.

Also, I have come to know just as many boy Jordans as I have boy Jordyns. All the girl Jordan's that I know are spelled Jordan.

I love Jordana but prefer Jordan over Jordyn (even though that's not what you asked)

I like PP's suggestions of Jordan Elise & Jordan Rose

    Other suggestions
    Jordan Abigail
    Jordan Eliza
Jordan Skye (gives you the "y" in her name)
    Jordan Mariah
    Jordan Ivy
    Jordan Kate
    Jordan Dahlia

I know as many guys named Jordan as I do girls. I don't think it is a boy name. My name is also Caitlin and people spell that many different ways(which is the correct way?). I am fine with the spelling of Jordyn.

Thank you all for the suggestions. I think we have it narrowed down to Jordyn Scarlett or Jordyn Alice.

Since you asked, historically Caitlin was the spelling of your name. Katelyn, Kaitlyn, etc. followed. So I don't think your spelling is incorrect.

But Jordyn is certainly not the traditional spelling. Some name purists (like me) will think "misspelled" or "made up spelling" when seeing it. If you still like it and are fine with it, that's okay. Jordyn Scarlett is a pretty choice.

    Others I like:

    Jordyn Olivia
    Jordyn Michelle
    Jordyn Isabella
    Jordyn Elizabeth
