When I lived in Rochester, NY we were looking at adoption and we were going to use Hillside Children Center they were amazing

We are in Albany and used adoption star in Buffalo. There is an adoption fair Nov. 5th sponsored by adoptive families of the Capital Region. You can go to their website for more info. Lots of agencies will be there
