Hard to expect the best.

Hello everyone! 
I am currently 10 weeks almost 11. My symptoms come and go every week or so. Every time my symptoms start to fade I start fearing the worst..... We lost our first at around 7ish weeks so we are past that point, but I'm so scared....... I started developing this pinched feeling on my right side right above my pelvis. Just scared. Nothing to be worried about but I'm so scared something is going to go wrong.... Anyone else having a hard time keeping positive despite no bad symptoms.....

Hi - I know how hard it is to keep positive - I also have the come and go symptoms and the pinching in my pelvis but I have seen my squish move around and have a great heartbeat in spite of that so just keep holding on to what little strands of positivity you have - things can be fine! That's what is good about the fertility treatments we did. We get to see it every two weeks since give weeks. Strong heartbeat, tons of wiggles.... Its just waiting for the next one that is killing me
