37 weeks and spotting after i wipe. is it normal?

in 3rd Trimester

Went to the restroom and wiped, bright red blood (spotting) on tissue. After that i haven't seen any. Is that normal?

    We won't know. Call your Ob and see what they say.

    As someone who didn't know my water broke (I was in the bathtub.... And there was NO bloody show, just tiny floaty pieces I thought was my mucus plug), I'd say go get checked out. Even if you're not having contractions, go get checked. I waited nearly 36 hours after that bath and the admitting nurse in l&d triage gave me the hardest time about not knowing it broke. Better to be safe than sorry.

    Could be part of your mucus plug.  MIne had bright red bits in it.  I'd call the doc.
