Let Didnt Work...On to Injectables

So I just verified that the Letrozole did not work at getting me to ovulate.  :(  So now they want me to do Prometria to induce a period and then injectables (if insurance covers it). Anyone have any experience with Prometria or injectables?

EDIT: They prescribed Follistim, Ovidrel and Progesterone capsules.

I'm using injectables with IVF - Lupron, Gonal-F, and Menopur.  I have no issues with them, even though the Menopur burns when most people inject it.  For some reason I have no issues with it.

    TTC since 2011

I used follistim and ovidrel for all 3 of my IUIs.  I'm happy to answer any questions if you have some.  I was also prescribed the progesterone suppositories during my TWW.  I hope you see a better outcome with the follistim!

Thank you guys. @wifeinraleigh28, Was the Follistim effective at ovulation? Did you have to try multiple levels of the dosing? They have me doing the progesterone too.

@pupluv0410 I had a very quick/strong response to follistim and ended up with over 4 follicles at each cycle and high estrogen levels indicating maturing eggs.  I took 125 iu CD 3-8 for all 3 cycles but on the 3rd, they reduced my dosage to 75 iu for the last day because my follicles were maturing so rapidly.  Ovulation was timed perfectly with ovidrel on CD 9 and IUI on CD 11 (all 3 cycles).  We have MFI though so unfortunately no baby ever resulted from all those follicles :(  We are doing IVF now.

@mackenzie07 We only did Letrozole for 1 month. My RE told me that we would try it for a month and if it didn't work then we would move on. I was on Clomid for 6 months...I ovulated 3 of those months but no BFP. I did not ovulate at all on the Letrozole.
