Hi all,
I'm currently 18 weeks pregnant with baby number two, and have a DD who is 19 months. At our anatomy scan this past week, the tech noticed an amniotic band. The band is not in contact with the baby, and so far the baby looks great. I have an appointment with MFM next week for a level 2 US to hopefully get a better look/prognosis.
I work in the medical field, so I'm trying not to scare myself/reassure myself too much by what I come across on the Internet/in the literature. But just wondering if there's anyone else here dealing with this situation, or who has dealt with it in past pregnancies.
