Squishy lump under areola

Hello ladies! 

I am 34 weeks right now. 
A few days ago I found a squishy lump under my areola. It's a little larger than a dime. When I squeeze that area I can feel it's right under the skin, it's not deep at all. So I had a doctors appointment the same morning that I found the lump and when I brought it up to my doctor she didn't seem concerned at all. She looked and felt around and said that my breasts are just getting ready for breastfeeding. So I am wondering if anyone has ever experienced this. I know breasts can get really lumpy when breastfeeding, but I haven't had milk come in yet. I know she said its nothing to worry about, but I'm still worried.

The only time I had small lumps were when I had clogs while breastfeeding. There are lots of weird and new things with pregnancy and having a baby so I would keep an eye on it and trust your doctor.

Yep, that happened to me at that point in pregnancy. It went away after baby was born and my milk came in.
