New to BR!! Best hospital&doctor for delivery!! Help!

currently I visit  at womens.Im little skeptical that whether my Dr would go for natural birth without epidural at womens..Im new to BR..could you recommend any good lady Drs who support natural birth instead of c-sec at womens/BRG/Ochsner . or ur views on womens hospital's delivery method(c-sec/vaginal) .
