My daughter some how got use to drinking a bottle before she went to bed. Now she drinks a sippy cup of milk or water before bed. I've never put her to bed with it. I use that time to cuddle and rock her and sometimes she goes to sleep but I still get her teeth brushed even if she's asleep. Is this bad or do I need to stop her from doing this? Usually me and her together brush her teeth and then she takes the milk and I rebrush them.
We do the same thing with my son. I'm thinking that as he gets used to eating a consistently normal sized dinner, he'll probably drink less and less milk before bed. Brushing his teeth when he's that sleepy is a serious pain sometimes, though...
