help with sperm numbers…

  hello all… I had my IUI this morning… And I'm so confused about the sperm count. Can anyone shed some light?  I thought the count would be less after washing?

The results we received were in a different format, but from what I can tell, yours are telling you the count in Millions per ML.  Post-washing, the amount of sperm in Millileters (ML) is less (see where it says Resuspension volume is 2.0 ML, while it looks like the initial volume is 3.5 ML).  It appears that perhaps the  counts per ML went up, but that is likely because the washing gets rid of excess materials and leaves more good sperm.

This is just my guess as to what this is showing.
