Itchy sack

my almost one year old son constantly is trying to itch his sack. Outside of his diaper and immediately when I pull the diaper off. He has continued signs of jock itch or a yeast infection and the medicated cream his dermatologist gave isn't helping. 

Anyone know anything about diary issues that cause this problem. I have heard that it could be from the diary when it comes it and sits in his diaper causing pain and irritation. 

This has been going on for months and months. Any suggestions?

My daughter had something similar. Try coconut oil! It was the only thing that worked for us.
