Share the journey of motherhood with other new moms in a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment. This class covers topics such as soothing your baby, infant sleep patterns, tummy time, new roles and relationships, and includes interactive activities such as infant massage, finger plays and songs.
Your baby is now more alert and interactive! Experience new ways to engage your baby through songs, parachute play and other developmentally appropriate activities. The class covers topics such as getting out and about, feeding the family, safety and babyproofing, sleep, and wellness.
Enjoy precious one-on-one time with your new baby while sharing the challenges and joys of having two or more children. Learn fun ways to help foster their growing sibling relationship while enjoying the company of other moms adjusting to this new role.
Focus now on play time for baby! Regular routines with song, baby sign language, parachute play and story time are just some of the activities. Gain insights as to how your baby learns while self confidence and curiosity is fostered -all while learning about child development and connecting with others.
As your baby becomes more confident in mobility and exploration, a variety of activity stations are intentionally designed to engage babies while developing fine and gross motor skills and greater sensory awareness. Discussions will center around safety proofing, outdoor play, sleep and nap transitions, finger feeding and solids.
Baby Signs® is a program based on American Sign Language with a few “baby friendly” modifications to enhance your child’s language development, whether or not they use words yet. This fun and interactive class will focus on animal, food, bath time and playtime themes.
