anyone high risk on the North Shore?

Hi all! I was diagnosed with Sjogren's 6 months ago, which has coincided (of course) with TTC. We live on the north shore, but all the research I've done hasn't led me to believe that there are any community hospitals equipped to deal with possible fetal heart block. I'm hesitant to go all the way to Boston every week, though. Has anyone had a high-risk pregnancy and delivered north of Boston? Or is it worth it to just make the trek?

Thanks in advance! I don't know anyone high-risk, so I'm flying blind here.
