Tomorrow is a big day...

I am supposed to be 12w3 days and have an appt tomorrow for an u/s and hopefully to get my Panorama results. I haven't had an appt since Jan 6th at about 8w when we heard a healthy heartbeat. My symptoms have been gone for about one week but I still feel some stretching, cramping, twinges around the uterus/lower abdomen. I can't help by worry about the results tomorrow. Just hoping for some good thoughts and sending some out there to any mamas in the same boat. Hoping we all make it out of our first tri (and 40 weeks total) safe and healthy. xoxo

I would try not to worry. Some woman the symptoms dissapear. Also at twelve weeks the placenta starts to take over with the hormones and a lot of symptoms start to abed. Good luck!

Good luck! My symptoms went away last week too (around 11/12 weeks) and everything was/is fine!

You should be fine I had my first appointment on Wednesday at 12w3d and everything was just fine we just worry for nothing I was like that the day before even had nightmares that I was late so try to stay calm all will be just fine hun

My next appt is Wednesday at 12w4d I'm nervous too! We saw a healthy baby at 8 weeks but I'm still nervous.

I understand the worry. I get nervous before every appointment since they're all a month apart. And my symptoms have been disappearing for the most part too. Good luck!
