Question about supply after a procedure that OB wants done

Yesterday I had an ultrasound to figure out what was causing my pain down in my vagina area. The OB said that they found fibroids up there and were wanting to schedule a Hysteroscopy with a D&C. My OB said I would not have to pump and dump afterwords, but my question is after those procedures has anyone noticed a drop in their supply? I plan on pumping before I went under and after I wake up again. I wouldn't be able to have my daughter there with me to nurse before and afterwards.
