Speech - regression?

My 10 month old daughter has said Mama (and says it often!) and babbles a lot but has not said another word since the first.  Should I be concerned?

There is no need to worry about actual "spoken" speech until around 18 months, and really only if they haven't even used their first words yet. If your child is babbling, showing joint attention, involves you/other people in her play, and seems to recognize their name/common words etc, then I wouldn't worry.
