Vacation to Cabo

Has anyone been to Cabo San Lucas? We are planning a family trip there next spring. I've never been out of the country and I am a bit nervous. We will be taking our two kids who will be 6 and 3. Any tips or advice?

Stay at your all inclusive resort & don't leave except for airport.

I second @Knottie1442268460 . DH and I went to Cabo for our honeymoon and only left the resort twice. Once to go zip lining (awesome, btw), and the second time to go home. We stayed at the Secrets Resort, which is 18+, but they have several sister companies, all of which have different age limits and stuff. I know that they have a family-type resort thats closer to the main city, Dreams Los Cabos, and from what my in-laws said from when they went (before Secrets was open), it is awesome. Plenty of food options, pools, activities on site.
