Is exercise safe with low progesterone?

I'm currently 5 weeks pregnant and started spotting the day after my BFP. I was put on pelvic rest (no lifting, pulling, pushing) and the spotting stopped after 2 days. A week later, test results indicated low progesterone and I was put on suppository supplements.

Meanwhile, I have not been working out at all and I'm eager to get back to my regular routine. I plan to ask my doctor about all of this at my first appointment but that's not until next Wed.

Anyone been in a similar situation and received recommendations from their doctor they'd be willing to share to get me through until next week? Or does this warrant a call to the doctor tomorrow?
