My son was on a pretty predictable schedule of waking at 6:30 am, ready for a nap at 8:30 and sleeping for 1.5 hours. Now, he is sleeping for 2 or 2.5 hours. And an afternoon nap for who knows how long! Could he be transitioning to one nap? I thought when at one nap, it should be in the afternoon? Any sahm's with a long morning napper? I really hope this isn't the new norm because I NEED to start going to mom's group events but they are all in the morning!! I'm going crazy!
