High risk for the second time

My son was born 7 weeks early due to a kink in his umbilical cord and my blood pressure (168/118). This time around my Dr has already said that I'm high risk and my blood pressure is slightly elevated at 4.5 months. Any suggestions to help.lower it? I'm already considering short term leave in February.
