You can eat whatever you want. If you notice baby having rash, diarrhea, gassy, etc the biggest culprit is dairy. The other offenders are soy and wheat. I felt like my baby was gassy if I had too much dairy, I pretty much cut all of it and he was still gassy just not as bad and I started eating it after a month and he was the same. He's 3 months and has outgrown the gas issue. I would just limit those items in the 1st month.
