Holle Lebenswert Preparation Help needed

we are switching from Baby's Only to Holle but I don't understand the preparation directions. Does anyone use it and can you help me figure out the following:
How to make a 4 ounce bottle
How to make a 5 ounce bottle
How much water per scoop is what I need to know.
US formula is 2 ounces of water per scoop but what about Holle?

What do you mean you don't understand the instructions? Because they are not in English? Or because they are weird and complicated?

I lived in Europe when we had DD1 and used European formula. They use mL's instead of oz but the conversion is pretty simple.
30ml = 1oz
For each 30ml (or 1oz) use 1 scoop of powder.
So for 4oz of water use 4 scoops of powder.
Notice that the European formulas are different from the US ones, the scoop is smaller and allows you to make single oz servings, not like here where you have to make a 2oz serving.
