I dont know what to do

I give birth to my first baby boy on 8-29. Now here after 7 weeks I have several things happen and don't know what to do.
My list:
Headaches every day 3 to 4 times
Skin breaking out and feeling itchy
Tummy always feeling upset
Out of breath at times/heavy breathing
Breast not make as much milk
Not wanted to eat
Can't sleep/having bad dreams
Feeling sad , alone, overwhelmed, not wanting to do nothing

What should I do????

It's probably a good idea to speak with your physician. Have you had your post partum checkup?
