Previous Ectopic Pregnancy... Now Worried All Over Again

ey ladies. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with my situation. I have two awesome kids, so I had an IUD placed while I was getting started in my career. I found out last November that despite the IUD, I was pregnant. Within hours I began to bleed at work and the ER discovered that the pregnancy was ectopic. I had surgery, but the doc saved my tube. I haven't used any contraception since then, and now according to my LMP I'll be six weeks tomorrow. No sign of bleeding this time, occasional twinges of pain but very minor... What are my chances of this working out well? I'm trying to remain cautiously optimistic. Anyone else been through this before?
