Finally had my LH surge today! We are doing an aggressive approach egg retrieval, but I was starting to get a little concerned because today is day 25 on my cycle (25 days after first day of my last period), and I had not yet shown a positive result on the OPK. I figure that if you don't actually ovulate, that does not bode well for a planned egg retrieval.
Now I wait a week, then start estrogen & Clomid and actual stims. *Finally* getting this show on the road!

Ladies I went into the Drs for my first US and blood work. They saw 7-10 follicles just on my left ovary!!!! Right they couldn't find but holy moly! That's 4x's the norm for me! So happy and excited this time!!! Some Drs really are way better than others and God has really guided me into the right hands this time! Woohoo! Happy St Patrick's Day!!!

@LSatturo126 thanks! We were lucky to get pictures only because we were selected into the "Eeva incubator". My clinic is doing a study. Eeva monitors fertilized egg development every 5 minutes (by photo, a special flash not to harm embryos and not have to open incubator) and at the end will tell the embryologist which will be the best embryo(s) to transfer. Didn't know we got in until they handed that to us today. It would've been ideal if we had more embryos, of course. As for the Menopur, I was on 2 vials and I put it in the same side every night and administered the Follistim on the other. Hope that helps some.

@LSatturo126, see if you can get the nurse on the phone to give you directions on mixing it all into one injection. That's what I did-- I shot the gonal-F into the same vial that I was using to mix the menopur, so there was just one shot.
But don't do it just because I suggested it-- talk to the nurse first.

LSatturo126 my Dr.always told me to give the different meds on different sides of my stomach. That way if I had any type or reaction, they would be able to tell based on which side was irritated.

I woke up at 5 am unable to go back to sleep knowing I was going to test this morning. Luckily dh woke up to so we decided to do it. I got a BFP!!! I woke up at 5 am unable to go back to sleep knowing I was going to test this morning. Luckily dh woke up to so we decided to do it. I got a BFP!!! I'm so excited and just hoping it's all healthy and normal. My gut thought I was pregnant but the past day or two I felt so normal. Ahhh. I'm so excited. I'm like shaking

I did have a miscarriage last year but that was before we were seeing an RE so we don't know what my numbers or anything was like before it happened (I was 7 weeks and hadn't made it to my first dr appointment yet) Hoping this is our perfect healthy egg!!

Hello all; I have AMH 0.6 and just had another cycle canceled because of poor response to meds. i had been on microdose lupron with IVF injectibles, but had an even worse response than I did the cycle before, without the microdose lupron. My RE said the next step is to try Clomid with injectibles, next month. I am going to read through this thread tonight to see if anyone has talked about using Clomid on IVF, but I thought I would ask -- any feedback on this from the gang? Thank you!

Ladies I went into the Drs for my first US and blood work. They saw 7-10 follicles just on my left ovary!!!! Right they couldn't find but holy moly! That's 4x's the norm for me! So happy and excited this time!!! Some Drs really are way better than others and God has really guided me into the right hands this time! Woohoo! Happy St Patrick's Day!!!

As for the Menopur, I was on 2 vials and I put it in the same side every night and administered the Follistim on the other. Hope that helps some.

@LSatturo126 Watch the Menopur videos on youtube. What it comes down to is you should mix all 3 vials with 1cc of liquid (half a vial). The videos will show you how to do it all!

AFM I am probably going to poas tonight or tomorrow. So scared and nervous. Earlier this week I was super bloated. Yesterday my boobs were sore. Today I feel pretty normal other than slight bloated. I am praying in pregnant and that any symptoms I have are real and not made upon my head or from pio. I'm nervous because I feel like I should feel something all the time and a lot of time I feel so normal. I know symptoms come and go. Ahhh

I did have a miscarriage last year but that was before we were seeing an RE so we don't know what my numbers or anything was like before it happened (I was 7 weeks and hadn't made it to my first dr appointment yet) Hoping this is our perfect healthy egg!!

Married my best friend in 2013 (I was 33), After 1.5yrs of TTC got my first BFP naturally on 2/7/15 but ended in DNC on 4/14/15, not viable. In 2015 I was 35...Found out I had only one working ovary, which was DOR, with scar tissue and I ovulated at 7 days, with a small cervix opening and a tilted uterus... Needing an RE was a must.....IUI#1 Sept 2015,,, BFN IUI#2 Oct 2015,,,BFN IUI#3 Dec 2015,,BFN IVF#1 2/1/16- BFN IVF# on 3/29/16 retrieval only - 1 healthy chromosome tested embryo. IVF#3 retrieval 4/23/16- 0 healthy embryos. IVF#4 retrieval 6/17/16- 1 healthy embryo. FET#1-Transferred Both Healthy Embryos on 9/6/16 BFP!! 9/15/16 Beta 22.3, 9/17/16 Beta 60.5 & 9/19/16 Beta 195! 1st US on 9/23/16, only 1 Gast Sac & Yolk Sac found, US 9/30/16 US 6wk 1day saw and heard Heartbeat 120bpm!! EDD 5/25/2017 Had a healthy baby girl via CSection on 5/18/17 8lbs 15oz.
had as my first beta today. Came in at 963. Go back Wednesday and Friday to hopefully see it doubling
im so excited and kind of in shock too. Really hope this is it. I miscarried a little over a year ago before going to an re so still nervous about that

I am going to read through this thread tonight to see if anyone has talked about using Clomid on IVF, but I thought I would ask -- any feedback on this from the gang? Thank you!
