Please help me

Ok so my last period was on July 5th and lasted 5 days. In August around the time I was due I had MAYBE 3 days of super light spotting. Then this month again super light spotting until the other night I put in a tampon before bed just to be safe (because I was spotting) and 3 hours later I woke up just soaked in blood throught my tampon and underwear and pants. Was this a miscarriage? Do I need to see a doctor?

I don't think it's crazy to think you may have had a miscarriage. I have a friend who recently went through this. I attached an article of some things you would experience if it was a miscarriage. And if you are worried it was, you should go see the gyno just to be sure your body is okay.
