Our son came by water birth at a free standing birth center, 11pm Monday night.
I'm still stunned we were able to pull it off since my water broke spontaneously on Sunday morning and labor stalled out by Monday morning. We were able to ask for more time, buy a breast pump, and kick start labor again at 3pm that day. By 11, I pushed my son out into my own hands in a deep tub of warm water, and the whole family was home together by 3am.
What an amazing experience. And no, I am NOT ready to do it all again! Haha
God is so good. We prayed so much for this outcome. I'm so happy.
