Guest in unfinished house w baby - help?!

hi all!
For Labor Day we are staying with my in laws for a family reunion. We are staying at a house that's unfinished that they rushed to get electric and plumbing so we wouldn't have to camp with everyone else. Nice of them.
I walked in and realized how unfinished it is. All of the spray foam installation is out and because they are doing woodwork there is some sawdust around on the floor. My LO is 5 months and won't be on the floors of course.
I am a FTM - this makes me nervous. Do you think that this is ok for babies lungs. We are staying 2 nights. Help!
