Began bleeding tonight, so I called my OB who wants me to come in for bloodwork in the morning. I'm trying not to panic, but it's hard not to. Thanks guys. I will hopefully be back soon with good news.


UPDATE: I am miscarrying, very heavily bleeding and in pain. Low progesterone the likely culprit, so maybe this can be avoided in the future. Wishing everyone a sticky, happy, and healthy 9 months. ~Elizabeth

I've had brown spotting and mild cramping on and off for a week, but I had that with my son and didn't think much of it. Last night when I wiped it was period red. Cramping hasn't gotten worse, and I'm not soaking a pad or anything, but I'm preparing for the worst. Didn't sleep at all last night.

Thinking of you! I've had some spotting off and on the past couple of days but my dr doesn't want to see you unless it's heavy, bright red, and associated with bad cramping. I haven't even had my 1st apt yet so it's so nerve racking! I hope all turns out well for you, stay positive!

UPDATE: waiting on blood work results. Ultrasound only shows a g/s and y/s no fetal pole. Discouraged and sad.

Hang in there! I'm not sure how far along you estimate that you are, but g/s and y/s being the only things seen may still be OK. Hoping blood tests come back with positive signs!

It appears I may be in the same boat as you. Everything started for me last night and is only getting worse today. I go in for my blood work today too. I am hoping this is just a scare for the both of us and we end up with healthy babies that keep growing.
