Hi there! I am Kim, 40 years old, 3 great kids, an amazing fiancée.....and 2 granchildren!! My Kids are 21, 16, and 10. My Grandbabies are 2 and 3 weeks (born 10 weeks early but doing great!)! I got my BFP on Friday and I am still in shock! I actually have taken 4 tests!
I'm 43 and was also shocked ! I got married at 35 and have a 5 1/2 year old who I thought would be an only child. I've also had a lot of miscarriages so I am still a bit in that "I'll believe it when I see it" mode. I just bought a sporty 2 door car. Figures... Lol.
Hi! You are not alone (though I know the feeling!!) I am 35, will be 36 when I give birth.
I got married at 31 and my mother instantly gave me the 35+ higher risk pregnancy speech, but we just weren't ready until now and my OB said it would be fine. So I'm super paranoid to tell her. I'm afraid she'll just freak me out with all the stuff that "could go wrong" even though most of the data on that is so outdated! Anyone else have this??
I'm 35 and 5 weeks with my first. DH and I have been married for 10 years and I think everyone had given up hope that we would have a kid. I guess we just like to take our time.
Hi! I'm 36 and pregnant with our first baby. I'm 6 weeks and 3 days along (or 5 weeks 6 days after the first u/s). So it's either gonna be a late March or an early April baby. We've been married for a little over a year and TTC since February. We had a MC in March, so hopefully, this is gonna be our sticky baby Congrats to all of you!
Hi! I'm 35, but will be 36 when this LO is born. I think my EDD is 4/12. We have a 16 month old as well. So excited, but nervous until I know everything is ok! Congrats to everyone and fx for lots of healthy babies!
Hi I'm 34 but will be 35 in less than a month. I have two boys- 3 & 5. It has always been my dream to have three (or more) kids. I had a loss at 8 weeks in May so I am praying this baby grow healthy and happy till April 16!!
I will be 35 in 2 weeks. Pregnant with my first. Over the moon excited after 5 years of trying! I am 6 weeks 1 day with an April 2nd due date. Congratulations ladies!!
I just found this thread, and I'm extremely happy to see ladies in their 30s and 40s on the boards. I turned 35 a few months ago, and I found out yesterday that I'm pregnant with my first. Hooray! My doctor and I were considering starting meds for PCOS, so this is a huge relief. My sister is 36 and also pregnant right now - with her third! Christmas should be FUN this year. :P
I'm 37 and will be 38 by the time this LO arrives. This is my first! DH and I just got married in February and started TTC in June. I'm really excited!
We are also +35 baby #5! I'm 38 will be 39 when LO arrived in April. We have 4 boys 11, 10, 8 and 13 months. Excited and worried, looking forward to seeing our midwife 8/28 for our first ultrasound and appointment.
I'm 36 and this baby's due date is a few weeks after I turn 37. I have a 3 year old boy. Not sure if this is my last pregnancy or not, also. But I'm getting ahead of myself there.
I'm 35, I'll be 36 when this LO arrives. DH and I have a beautiful daughter who turns 2 the beginning of next month but we suffered a miscarriage at 6.5 weeks and 2 chemical pregnancies before we had DD, so we're cautiously optimistic:)
Hi congrats ;;) I am 41 and expecting my third. I already have 2 kids aged 14 and 11 so a big break between. They are having to endure my heaving every day lol.
Hello, I am 37 & will be 38 when I deliver. This will be our 6th. Hubby & I have been married 19 years and our oldest is 18. We have not told our family & friends yet.
Hi there. Congratulations! I'll be 37 when our baby is born, assuming everything continues to go well (I'm at only 7 weeks, 5 days). We got married at 32, started TTC the following year, ran into fertility problems, failed several times at IUI, and finally conceived with IVF. It would have been nice to have succeeded earlier, but I'm happy to have succeeded at all. We're expecting a boy.
Re: Introduction, Also any 35+ Mommies?
TTC #2 again: July 2017
I am 36, will be 37 when this baby is born. I have an almost 3 yr old (was 33). Nice to know we have a group of older mommies!
