Post baby fat!! Exercise??

What is everyone doing for exercise?
I go walking and do cardio at my gym. But I'd like to get back into weight training and fitness classes. Having had a cesarean I'm not sure when I should start.

  • I had a cesarean 14 weeks ago and I've been doing insanity max 30 videos. Just listen to your body. Some days certain moves are painful so I back off or modify. Some moves I just still cannot do at all so I completely change them to something I can.

    I think that as long as you start slow and listen to your body you will be fine with whatever exercise you choose!
  • I had a c-section 17 weeks ago and started working out (with modifications) when I got the clearance at 6 weeks. I agree with PP...take it easy at first and listen to your body. I never thought I'd be able to work out like I did before, but now I can! Good luck. :)

  • I do Zumba. I'm hoping to get into some weight lifting soon. I started the Zumba at 11ish weeks postpartum. I also had a c-section (my 3rd).
