So my LO is teething something fierce. I have some little teether toys that I was given from my baby shower, but he doesn't really seem interested in any of them.
Just got something called a gummee glove for my girl. It's a little glove that attaches on her hand so she can't drop it. It's nice because I can take out the teether that came with it and snap in her amber beads too. She seems to really like it! It's nice for me too because I don't have to constantly worry wear the toy is. The last teether I bought her lasted a week, must have fell out of the stroller. https://gummeeusa.com/
Hope this helps. Good luck, teething is a tough time.
Bump. Pretty interested to see people's new favorites now that the Giraffe has gotten some bad press. I just got the banana brush. Although that sounds promising^

Just got this and also love it! It's well made and designed. My LO is very entertained by it and I like that you can easily refrigerate the teether. Super soothing.
We have a teether that is like a pacifier but the part that goes in the mouth is like a mouth guard with tiny bristles meant to massage his gums as he chews, I think it was by mam or nuby, I got it at the baby shower and he loves it. We have to hold it there for him cuz he isn't coordinated enough to hold it yet.

I don't think babies are supposed to put the amber necklaces in their mouths. I'm not sure if that's what you meant, but they're supposed to be worn around the neck and under the shirt. They're a choking hazard.
