Cod Liver Oil

Is/has anyone taken Cod Liver Oil during early pregnancy? I'm 5 weeks and I want to, but the thought of those fishy burps after taking it is grossing me out. A family member told me she found some capsules that didn't leave the fish taste in your mouth if you had to burp, but they seem to be MIA now! Anyone else have any luck or are you just putting up with the gross after-effect?

    Hey! You shouldn't get burps with a quality fish oil. I HIGHLY recommend Standard Process brand CLO. You can get it from a licenses practitioner or authorized sellers on Amazon! Good luck and you definitely should take it for all it's wonderful qualities and benefits.

    Another great option is to take it right before bed.  That's what I do and have never had a fishy burp.
