Prenatal Yoga In Suffolk???

hi ladies! New mama to be in the area and I'm just starting to get a little energy back and I am desperately trying to find a prenatal yoga class in suffolk county. I live in Port Jefferson. A lot of places say they have it but I don't see it on their schedules. Anyone know of a good place??

I live in mastic and I Go to posfit it's 5 dollars a class and they have Pilates, yoga , Zumba , trx, and kickboxing
