swollen lymph nodes

Going to my midwife tomorrow. I used to get swollen lymph nodes with my period in my armpit and have had them since being pregnant. Talking golf balls size.
well woke up this morning more swollen and with smaller swollen nodes on top of the big one... and they hurt!!
I called today and they want me to go in tomorrow. We shall see... makes me a little nervous.
