Nursing and Vacation

Ok ladies we are getting ready to head to the beach for a week for a much needed getaway. I am still EBF and would like to have a few drinks and enjoy our vacation. Any ideas on how to do this or ways it's worked for you?! Thanks ladies!

    As long as you aren't tipsy you're fine to BF. One drink here and there isn't a problem.

    I aim for two hours between drinks. Latest research shows that there's not much risk to alcohol while breastfeeding but I still like the 1 drink every 2 hours rule. Let's me indulge within limits :)
