Slight/dull pain on bump?

Hi Everyone,

I am currently 28 weeks pregnant with my first so I am freaking out about every little thing! Yesterday I started to feel a very slight pain in my bump. It doesn't hurt unless I move a certain way or press on the spot. It kinda feels as if it would be a strained muscle? I am so scared because I was reading about placenta abruption and even though I do not have severe pain or any bleeding, I did read there could be no symptoms at times. Im scared because my boyfriend and I were joking around and I pushed him in a playful way, probably a little harder than I should have and the next day is when I felt this slight pain. And the baby has been active since I felt this dull pain. Any idea what this could be?

@tjank89 I have the same thing. I look at pain as a hopeful sign this is almost over but I think your right, maybe just a stretched ligament.

You are more than likely fine; what you're describing sounds like my ligament pain. I doubt pushing your bf would cause a severe injury...baby is pretty well protected in there. If you're worried about it, call your doctor and get their opinion.
