IUI #1 5mg Femara + trigger = BFN
IUI #2 5mg Femara + trigger = BFN

IVF #1, Stimmed for 12 days, ER 8/22/14, 9 retrieved, 7M, 7F!!  Freeze all due to fluid in uterus.
FET end of October 2014 cancelled due to fluid in uterus due to possible c-scar defect
Surgery scheduled 12/12/14 to fix possible isthmocele
3/26/15 transferred one 8 cell grade 4 embryo and one 6 cell grade 3 embryo = slow rising betas for 2+ weeks = ectopic MTX shot 4/29/15
Repeat c-scar surgery June 2015
2nd and last IVF cycle August 2015, stimmed for 12 days, 2 egg retrieved, both mature and both fertilized.  Transferred both 8-cell embryos on Day 3, beta 9/5/15 = BFFN

  • 1.  I am proud that I am getting back on track with my exercise.  I also dusted off my couch to 5K app and am going to look for a 5K race to sign up for!

    2.  My eating and alcohol consumption.  We live on one of those magical blocks where everyone is outside all of the time with wine and snacks.  I have no will power so I've been eating and drinking too much.  I have to try harder to be more healthy!

    3.  EAT LESS MOVE MORE!

  • Good for you @Frenchteachermama!  You can do it!

    AFM the in-laws were in town for the last 10 days so there was lots of eating and drinking.  They left this morning so time to get back on track with eating and exercise.  Hoping to do yoga 2x this week and maybe go for a long walk this weekend. :)

    I'm proud that I finally went to a yoga class at the gym. I get anxious and self-conscious about new classes, so I rarely try them but I'm working on that anxiety piece because classes are really good for getting me moving and keeping me honest. I slack too much when I work out on my own.

    I need to work on finding the balance between going all in and doing nothing. I am currently in a cycle where I'll work out super hard for a week, make myself exhausted, and then not work out for a few days and start over. Of course I'm starving on my off days. I ate really well all day today then stuffed my face with peanut butter and graham crackers when I got home. Even though DH has a healthy dinner on the grill.

    Plan is to vary my workouts. I'm going to do yoga once or twice a week at least in addition to running and strength training.

    This week has been tough. We had a rough weekend at home so I feel like I didn't get a weekend. Fingers crossed that this coming long weekend does us all some good.
  • I am proud I have actually hit the 30lb loss since January mark finally!!  I need to work on the same problem that has been a problem since this whole weight loss journey started, and that is being better on the weekends.  I try not to be too hard on myself as I am still consistently going in the right direction.  My plan is to keep really limiting processed carbs like bread, sugar, pasta and rice to 1-2 cheat meals a week (on weekends) and only drink a little wine on the weekend.

    IVF #2 11/15 Antagonist w/ICSI  (Higher stims & Letrosole added last minute on stim day 7)- 39R, 24M (20/24 SER free), 15F (14/15 SER free & all frozen @ 2PN stage) 
    FET#1 Cultured all 16- 2pn embryos to day 5- transferred 1 good hatching blast and 1 early blast on 1/28- None to freeze - beta 2/5
