For moms that have toddlers in daycare

Hello ladies. DH and I have been trying to figure out this whole potty training thing and i'm just at a loss. DS is 2.5 and when at home, he goes on the potty regularly and does very well with minimal accidents. His daycare is aware that we have been trying and are on board as well. But when he goes to daycare, he will have several accidents throughout the day and not notify anyone if he has to go. I feel like we have hit a dead end. They suggested bringing his potty chair in with him to see if that helps at all. Any of you ladies have an suggestions?
