My daughter will be 17 weeks on Thursday and has been sleeping through the night since 10 weeks in her swing but without the swing on. We moved her to the crib 4 days ago and she has been waking up sometimes every 10 minutes or so because her pacifier fell out. It would always fall out during the night before but only seems to bother her now in the crib. Any suggestions?
I am having a similar problem, although my son will wake up every 2 hours or so. I've just been trying to stay alert and if I hear him wiggling I go see what's he wiggling about. A lot of times its putting the pacifier in his mouth and I try to put him in a position where his pacifier won't fall out but sometimes he doesn't want it and will go right back to sleep. Just doing this until he gets used to it. I suggest just going over there and helping her out when she's wiggling and if it's too exhausting have her in the crib for half the night and swing for half the night and try to transition to a full night.
We moved my son to the crib at 10 weeks and had a similar experience. The first few nights were tough, but he now sleeps 9 uninterrupted hours of sleep a night. Just keep at it.
