Organizing Duplo Blocks

SIL has gotten the boys 2 sets for different occasions and they like them pretty well and I was thinking about getting them more.  I was contemplating getting a box for each set to keep them separate so they could manage to build something you know, but then I thought that might stifle their creative play and thought of putting them all together.  I'm just not sure what I want to do.  What do you do?

You are totally overthinking this! Just buy blocks and let them both play with them!

When they're old enough for really sweet Lego sets, you store them separate. Duplos, however, you just throw together.

Our LO has multiple sets of Duplos--castle, farm, Batman, Mickey Mouse.  They all go in one giant tub.  He just builds towers with them anyway...
