Happy spitter!

Do I have to change my baby formulas if she is a happy spitter?? I give her enfamil infant but my doctor told me to try AR in case she has reflux. But my LO has no signs of reflux, she's fine she just spits up a couple times a day. She's been having AR since yesterday and she's still spitting up, but this time it's chunky and nasty. I'd rather her be on enfamil infant and continue spitting up than have her on AR and risk her getting constipated

any suggestions?
