Im 5 weeks pregnant after transfer. I'm so scared I'm doing to much I feel like I should be just laying in my couch. I've been so stressed lately over it I've got so much anxiety. They said I could plant my garden so I did I had help but I feel like I shouldn't be doing anything has anyone else had experience with this ?

If your instinct is to lay on the couch (rest), perhaps meditation might be a good fit for you? My acupunturist showed me some good techniques to relax (didn't present them as meditation, but I think they are). For myself at 5w my instinct is to get up and about - to be active?. But then fatigue set in, I sleep as much as I can. All that said, at my 8w u/a appt, I felt relaxed enough but my BP (normally 110) was 140 or something!!!! So, I take it I was really stressed. I learned a lot of relaxation techniques during my traumatic TTC journey - ironically labor and delivery methods (to manage acute physical pain) are similar to methods to handle anxiety (acute emotions). The best one for my near-anxiety attacks was tapping (google EFT). Congrats on your BFP!

Congrats on your BFP! Just your best to relax and not stress. I know it's hard and I have been there. Just take one day at a time
