Anyone else struggling with seasonal allergies. My OB said I could pretty much take any over the counter meds for it but I haven't found anything that helps. Anyone taking anything that helps?

Clariton-D is the only thing that works for me, but I get a lot of congestion/drainage. When I don't take it I can guarantee I'm going to get sick on drainage first thing in the morning.
I find that nasal sprays work best for me because of rhinitis. However, NOT most everything OTC is safe. I would definitely check with the pharmacist or OB first. Benadryl, claritin, zyrtec, and plain sudafed are all fine bit I'm pretty sure that anything with the D is not. I usually take a D when my allergies are really bad and I was told that isn't safe.
I'm a year round allergy sufferer , have been my whole life but pregnancy seems to make them worse- I'm not doing injections anymore since I can't up the dosage being pregnant - I take zyrtec everyday year round, right before I go to bed. Definitely doesn't take them all away but better then nothing! Claritin just doesn't work for me and was told not to take ClaritinD. Just hang in there and know hopefully it's only a few more weeks!
Yeah I have tried plain Claritin and Benadryl and nasal spray.
