I'm sick!

i have the stomach flu!!! Holy crap! How am I going to keep my LO from getting this?! Has anyone been sick wth a stomach aching bug?? Did the LO get it?

    Are you breastfeeding or formula feeding? I didn't have a stomach flu but I had a pretty horrible viral infection, I was so scared LO was going to get it. But apparently if you're breastfeeding your LO won't get as sick because of antibodies, or something scientific I'm failing to explain properly.

    I guess the only thing you can really do is to make sure you keep up hand washing, and hope for the best :-/

    Maybe give your dr a call to see if they have any suggestions.

    Our whole house came down with a bug.  Our DD is having some issues at times.  Also, stomach bugs and bugs in general have different symptoms in babies than in adults.

    This is our second child and our first was getting sick a lot from SIL who is now in 7th grade but was in 3rd grade when our son was born.
