Me (42) w/ partner for 16+ years
TTC #1: 11/2012 - 9/2013; 6/2014 - present
Follistim + TI (3x): All BFNs
Follistim + IUI (1x): BFN
IVF #1: 17 retrieved,15 fertilized, Day 3: 15, Day 5/6: 3 biopsied
3. Charting/temping, prenatals, inositol supplements, CoQ10, vit E, zinc, low-carb diet, trying to not stress, etc. Stopped taking Vitex as I don't think it was working and it's expensive. Haven't started OPKs yet this cycle.
4. Currently at CD7. I usually ovulate between CD18-29 or not at all so I have a long wait...
5. Have decided to stop obsessing about ttc for this cycle. I just have too much going on with finishing school, family coming out for graduation, and a big show I'm putting on and performing in at the end of May. I'll still temp, do OPKs and bd at ideal times, but am going to avoid thinking about it/obsessing so much every day. I'm also hoping that once my stress levels go down (after graduation) that my body will balance out a bit more and I'll also have more time to be better about my diet (not eating late at night, etc.).
I love the outdoors! Hiking, camping, backpacking, swimming, etc. Can't wait for some outdoor adventures this summer!
Good luck to everyone this cycle!!
ME: 36 (PCOS), DH: excellent SA NTNP since 11/12, actively trying since 8/14
m/c @ 7w (4/22/14), m/c @ 6w (11/19/14) 11/15: Letrozole, Ovidrel, TI = BFP!!! Beta #1(14dpo)=349, Beta #2(18dpo)=2,805 12/17/15: Got to see the heartbeat (105bpm)! 1/25/16: NT scan = normal (HB=163bpm) EDD: 8/10/16 8/8/16: Baby boy born @ 12:25am, 8lbs, 20.5 inches 5/18/17: BFP!!! (11dpo) Beta #1(12dpo)=176.4, Beta #2(15dpo)=607.1
2. Just started TTC #1. Actually, this cycle was supposed to be attempt #1 ever of TTC #1, but DH and I decided to hold off until next cycle. I'm really disappointed but know it's the right thing - we have a lot of other stuff going on in our lives and I haven't had the chance to take as good care of my body as I would like. I just really want to get started, you know?
3. Holding off is probably doubly good for me since I've only been charting for 30 days. I'll keep that up with vitamins, OPKs and all-around healthy living.
4. Right now, waiting to O.
5. Anxious, wanting to get going as above, trying to approach it as a time to learn and really pay attention to myself.
QOTW: Pretty much everything! Running, hiking, climbing... the one thing I don't really like doing outdoors is eating.
4.Well, I got a very clear pos OPK yesterday morning, but no temp jump today. Hopefully tomorrow? I also haven't been sleeping well at all.
5. Well yesterday I felt hopeful because of the OPK and well timed sex. Today I'm annoyed at no temp jump. I'm also still battling some weird sharp pains/cramping thing that keeps coming back. I got an appt for my annual exam but it isn't until next month. Yesterday I thought it was probably O pain, but I don't know. This is pretty intense. I can sort of feel it now but I don't know how to qualify it. Now i'm convinced it's cancer or something.
My favorite thing to do outside is go to the park with my blanket, read and drink wine.

5. How do you feel about this cycle? (Are you hopeful, anxious... etc) This cycle is just weird. I had mid-cycle spotting, 3 positive OPKs. It looks like I Oed on CD 13, which is early for me. I've thrown my hands up at this point.
QOTW: Happy Earth Day!! What are activities you enjoy doing in the outdoors? We love hiking and I can't get enough of the beach.
4. I guess Im just waiting for AF to show up but not sure when that will be because of our recent MC. I finally got a negative pregnancy test last Wednesday so hoping it means my cycle will go back to normal now.

2. TTC #1 and this is beginning of my TTC journey. We just started about 2 months ago. I stopped taking BC pill early Jan.
3. This is my first cycle charting/temping and I am loving the FF app everybody recommended, thanks! I also use OPKs and am taking parentals.
4. Well, I was in my TWW until this morning as I received a BFN:( weird thing though, I had a little bit of bleeding yesterday morning, I don't know if I should just call it spotting, but still put a panty liner and nothing all yesterday and nothing so far today so not sure what's going on. My gut tells me AF will c
We will try naturally this cycle -- charting/temping --- between our egg retrieval cycle and presumably embryo transfer next cycle. I lisented to an interview with RE where they did research at their clinic on a high protein diet and egg quality. They found that a diet with >25% protein intake increased egg quality. So i am increasing my protein (even more -- i already feel i eat a pretty high protein diet, but i have never tracked it carefully).
CD5
Neutral. Low chances conceiving naturally i think after seeing our preliminary ivf results. But you never know...
Love backpacking, hiking, running, x-country skiing, and more...
@Smallone77 - i am in CA too - a very depressing year for winter activities
@efhoping2010 - still sending positive thoughts for your two blasts
