Vaginal swelling?

So this may be TMI and yes, I'm planning to go see my doctor about this but I can't go for a few days and was curious if any other moms are experiencing this!

My daughter is just about 4 months old, I delivered her vaginally and she tore me coming out. I had 2nd degree tears but Ive seen my doctor twice since delivering and from what she says, everything is healing as expected.

But I have this random vaginal/labia swelling any time I work out, even moderate exercise like walking a few miles. Its a swelling on the outside...its not painful, but its slightly uncomfortable and it lasts a few days each time.

Has anyone else experienced this?

If your doctor isn't helpful, you can consider seeing a physical therapist who specializes in postpartum perineum care.

That's what my doctor said too, if she can't figure it out. Luckily its nothing painful, its just so strange!
