What type/brand of crackers did you use when you introduced them to your LO? I forget what I used for my son. Also, what age did you start? My LO is 7 mos. and is a little bit of a chunky monkey. Not sure if I should skip them for now and focus on fruits and veggies. Thoughts?

Do you give these more for the practice of eating food or do you feel as though they have some nutritional value?

At this stage it's all practice. Food is not for nutritional purposes until after a year old.

I figured it was practice with the crackers,etc. But wouldnt fruits and veggies offer nutrition, no?
