Lupus and pregnancy

Just curious if anyone was diagnosed with lupus during their pregnancy? It has not been confirmed yet if I have it or not. I mainly experience serve joint pain and I have not been able to do basic tasks like starting a car or opening the door. I am mostly concerned about miscarriage occurring in the 2nd trimester. Any insight or guidance is greatly appreciated!

Not currently preggers (trying), but I have Lupus. It can be scary at first, but just make to find a doc you love and they will do wonders!! Lupus by itself doesn't cause spontanious miscarriage. My ob has me on baby aspirin to help prevent blood clots.

Thank you for the insight. I should know this week if I have the antibodies and start treatment immediately.
