7 days straight positive ovulation test

I am new to posting and hoping some of you could give me pointers. Here's a little about my fertility story.
I have an almost three year old, which we conceived with just ONE time not using protection. We started trying for another child in October 2013. I've had two miscarriages and three chemical pregnancies since then.
This month, my doctor suggested I start using the ovulation tests and start taking progesterone twice daily once I receive a positive result. I've got sevens positive results in the last five days. Is this normal? Do I continue testing or just assume I have already ovulated?
Any advice would be appreciated!

  • I'm sorry for your losses. After 3 losses people usually start getting tested for recurrent losses. Have you talked to your doctor? Might be time for a second opinion from a reproductive endocrinologist.

Also, are you sure they're positive? The test line has to be as dark as the control or darker.
    My TTC History:
    2009: missed miscarriage #1 at 9 weeks (trisomy 16)
    2010: Infertility
2011: Diagnosis and treatment (low sperm count, anastrozole for DH, clomid for me + IUI)
    2012: Baby #1
    2014: Baby #2
October 2015: missed miscarriage #2 at 11 weeks (trisomy 22)
    March 2016 BFP#5, due November 2016.

  • Sorry for your losses. Wish you the best with your ventures. I don't have much advise as I too just started my OPK test today.
  • Here is a picture of the last five tests. I didn't save the first two because I didn't think so many would be positive.
I have seen my doctor and she has done multiple tests and ultrasounds, all of which come back normal. Seems like great news, but I'm still worried something is wrong. I guess I will start looking into temping. Thank you all for your feedback!!
  • Also, in case you aren't familiar with the brand in my picture, the line on top is the result line.
